These are just some of the questions we get occasionally. To make it easier we thought we may as well comply it into a page of frequently asked questions.

Are you halal?

Yes, we are 100% halal and only use halal meat in our products.

Before I order can I see a sample?

Yes, please visit our samples page for more information.

I don’t understand the Pricing?

It’s Simple! The prices shown on the site are for each item.

Do you offer trade prices?

We do accept orders from trade or in bulk, please contact us for more info.

Can I place the order over the phone?

Currently you can only order online.

Do you take credit cards?

We take all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Solo, Electron, Cirrus. We use PayPal to process the Payments.

How will I receive my Order?

You will receive your order securely packaged in a container ready to eat from the pack. You can eat it like that or heat it in the microwave. The food is already pre-cooked so you don’t have to worry about anything!

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £5.50 for next day delivery. We currently only deliver to the UK and ROI.

Will I receive a confirmation of order?

You should receive an email confirming your order. We will also send a confirmation of shipping email to you and there will be an invoice on top of the box for your accounts (if applicable).

I haven’t received a confirmation email of my order?

If you are paying by Paypal, please ensure that you return to the web site once you have completed your transaction in Paypal, otherwise a confirmation email will not be triggered (though you will receive the Paypal confirmation email).

What is the minimum I can order?

There is no minimum order. Order as little or as much as you want!

How do I change an order I’ve recently placed?

If you need to change or amend you order we can do this provided we have sufficient time to do so. Please contact us online or call us directly.

Returns

We are always committed to offering you the very best service and the very best goods and we guarantee the quality of all goods you order from us. You must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and, in the event that you are dissatisfied in any way with either our service or the quality of the goods you receive, let us know promptly in writing via the feedback form in the Contact section of the website.

Complaints in respect of service will be reviewed by our customer services department and we promise to respond to you within 48 hours whenever possible.
